DigitalTown Names Donald M. Fisher to its Board

(Minneapolis, MN) Thursday, January 21, 2010 – The board of directors of DigitalTown, Inc. (OTCBB: DGTW.OB) today named Donald M. Fisher to its Board of Directors.

Don is the Director of Strategic Services, Media + Marketing, The Active Network. With 20 plus locations worldwide The Active Network is based in San Diego, CA.  
Don is a seasoned marketing and sales executive with substantial experience in business to business and business to consumer marketing. He has lead two separate firms to the ranks of the Philly 100 Fastest Growing Companies.

In recent years his work has focused on the web and new media including substantial work in the areas of syndication, aggregation, search engine marketing and community building. He currently leads a team responsible for web properties generating in excess of 200 million page views per year and nearly 1 million unique visitors.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Don is actively involved in numerous non-profit and business organizations. He is a Trustee of the East Coast Greenway Alliance, past president of the Mask and Wig Club of the University of Pennsylvania and a member of the Business Leaders Network in Philadelphia.
